Some homes hide in plain sight — with numbers so small even the best Dashers can’t find them. So we created a way to fix that. For those hard-to-find addresses, we offered to magnify them by replacing their house numbers with larger, more visible ones that we provided and even installed. On social, we asked people to share the Notes they leave for Dashers in the app and selected many to get their addresses magnified. And by leveraging delivery data, we were also able to proactively identify and offer the service to homes we knew were difficult to find — turning a simple idea into an ongoing program that helps customers get found faster, deliveries arrive sooner, and Dashers spend less time searching.
